UK Rapper Nines, real name Courtney Freckleton has today been jailed for 37 months for three offences including the supplying of cannabis in between 1 August 2023 and 16 November 2023.

His third charge was for failure to comply with a Serious Crime Prevention Order (by failing to notify of a change of address).

The rapper, age 35 was jailed by Judge Heptonstall at Kingston Crown Court but will spend only 4-5 months in prison due to time served.

It is alleged the rapper hailing from north-west London will be free by Easter.

This sentencing comes two months after he pled guilty to all three of his charges.

Judge Heptonstall who sentenced the MOBO winning artist told Nines he had a “successful career” as a musician but his “talents had been tainted” by his involvement with cannabis.
