D4vd Is confirmed to NOT be a suspect in murder of 15-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez as the singer hires Harvey Epstein’s lawyer.
Los Angeles police have confirmed that musician D4vd is not a suspect in the death of 15-year-old Celeste Rivas, whose remains were found decomposed last month in a Tesla registered to the artist.
Identification of the Celeste Rivas’s body took over a week due to advanced bodily decomposition. She was missing for over a year before her body was recovered.
The artist was under scrutiny due to links between the two such as matching tattoos and social media images suggesting a relationship, police stressed that these connections do not make the musician a suspect.
The Los Angeles Police Department’s Robbery-Homicide Division (RHD) said it is investigating the case thoroughly but is waiting for an official ruling on the cause of death.
Officials emphasised that they haven’t ruled out the possibility that the teen’s death was accidental.
D4vd initially continued his world tour whilst cooperating with the police but later cancelled the remainder of his dates.
LAPD have also raided an address connected to the musician, and he has since moved out of the residence.
