Rapper, Youtuber and internet personality Yung Filly could be heading back to the UK for Christmas as Aussie courts contemplate bailing him.

Yung Filly (real name Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos) may be able to return home by Christmas as he fights rape charges in Australia.

The 30-year-old is accused of six counts of penetration without consent and is currently ordered to stay in Western Australia until next July.

At a hearing today prosecutors didn’t oppose his request to vary bail so he can spend the Christmas holidays in Kent before returning by January 6.

The judge will now decide whether they want to approve or reject this.
