Students to get GCSE results on a app this year

Approximately 95,000 GCSE students in Manchester & the West Midlands to get results on a new app come August.

Results will land on the app at 11am on the 21st of August with schools still offering traditional paper results from 8am.

This pilot scheme aims to cut admin costs and modernise the system; however schools say full support must be in place.
