Christian rapper DC3 who is currently nominated for two MOBO awards has his name involved in a social media storm after his interviewer Geeta Guru-Murthy, where she allegedly hissed at him after he mentioned Jesus.
BBC News presenter Geeta Guru-Murthy sparked uproar online after viewers accused her of “hissing” after rapper DC3 named Jesus Christ his biggest hero.
While interviewing the 18-year-old Gospel rapper, Guru-Murthy asked him who his heroes are.
DC3, who’s real name is Daniel Chenjerai, simply replied: “Santan Dave, Kendrick Lamar, most of all Jesus Christ.”
The broadcaster then appeared to take a loud inhale of breath, which many have construed as a demonic “hissing” noise.

While many of his fans praised the artists for mentioning Jesus on air, others didn’t rake a liking to Guru-Murthy’s reaction.
Right-wing activist Jayda Fransen insinuated that she is a “Demon”:

I’ve seen there’s some discussion about the end of my interview with DC3 this week. For the record, I was simply breathing in before moving to end the interview. To suggest anything else is just untrue @BBCNews
