Underground artists Lancey Foux has just released ‘Eagle Eye’ where he talks on his issues with his label.
The track incorporates the underground sound, hyperpop and emo rap elements.
He speaks on “Going through it with the culture and going through it with the label” as many fans are disappointed due to him not dropping a project this year (due to his label).
The ‘Osbatt’ hitmaker addressed blog pages labelling him as “Lazy”.
Lancey Foux also sent a shot at Sincere Lizzy with the below bars:
“I put my own bread up just to get YT but it was too late
“My man slimed me out for my lil bros I ain’t gonna say his name
“I ain’t gonna say his name, cause that’s not gangsta”
Those specific lyrics reference Sincere’s song titled ‘That’s not gangsta’
He also mentioned fellow rapper (and Wiley’s little brother Cadell) as well as influencer Lippy.
The outro of the song then had an audio of the legendary Michael Jackson speaking on black musicians getting taken advantage of by labels.
In the audio MJ spoke on how pioneers have to be on tour constantly need to be on tour due to record companies cheating and stealing.
