Nines to have his sentencing postponed until November

UK Rapper Nines, real name Courtney Freckleton, has had his sentencing that was meant to be held at at Kingston Crown Court today postponed.

It is said that Judge Heptonstall has put it off to a date next month after he hurt his head in a fall.

In September Nines pled guilty to three offences at Kingston Crown Court.

These offences were for supplying a Class B substance (in this case cannabis), Cannabis possession on 15 November 2024 and failure to comply with a Serious Crime Prevention Order (by failing to notify of a change of address).

In 2020 Nines managed to win best hip-hop act at the MOBO Awards in 2020; in addition he also was awarded album of the year at the MOBO’s with his ‘Crabs In A Bucket’ project.
