UK Rap behemoth Dave has shocked the scene with his announcement of his third album entitled ‘The Boy Who Played The Harp’ due out on the 24th of October.

At the age of just 27 Dave has made himself a UK Rap legend.

In 2019 he released his hit debut album ‘Psychodrama’ which won him the mercury prize for best album that same year.

Psychodrama is named after the therapy programme his brother Christopher Omoregie did in prison. Christopher Omoregie had his minimum sentence reduced to 17 years.

‘The boy who played the harp’ comes out 4 years since he last made the album ‘We’re All Alone In This Together’.

The name of the album is in reference to the biblical story of David playing the harp to King Saul, in order to give the king some respite through the power of music.

This news has the UK buzzing and we’re sure it’ll do well.

What’s your expectations?
