The 24-year-old, whose real name is Harrison Sullivan, had been wanted by Surrey Police in connection with a car crash in Virginia Water, Surrey on 24 March last year.
He failed to attend court in November and would post social media videos from Qatar and Spain.
Police confirmed he was arrested on 10 October.

Sullivan pleaded guilty at Staines Magistrates’ Court on Friday. He will be held in custody until sentencing on 14 November.
The social media influencer, who had been due to appear in a Louis Theroux documentary, also faced a charge of using a mobile phone while driving, but this has since been dropped.
His barrister stated that a video uploaded to TikTok was filmed by a passenger in the vehicle, not the driver.
HSTikkyTokky wore a grey jumper and trousers while in the dock and spoke only to confirm his name and date of birth, and to thank the judge.
He was previously denied bail earlier in the month.
