Camden based rapper Ambush dropped a freestyle talking about why he decided to diss UK legend Chip (formerly known as Chipmunk).
Ambush claims that Chip changed up his verse on the remix to his hit song ‘Jumpy’ and initial let him off “out of respect for this monkey”.
The Buzzworl head honcho then claimed that Chip had the video edited behind his back and didn’t allow the song to get uploaded onto GRM Daily before them changes were made.
Posty (founder of GRM Daily) told him to “get on with” Chips changes as it’s just industry stuff. The song went on to get over 15 Million views.
Ambush evidently felt disrespected by Chips actions and they haven’t collabed since.
The north-west London raised rapper would claim that the next time he met Chip at the GRM awards he was very apologetic and pleading with him.
Ambush then went onto say that he has better bars than Chip and could go hit for hit with him.

Previously Ambush went viral for dissing other UK artists and figures such as Skepta, Fredo, Headie One. This occurred when Skepta & Joyner Lucas began their back & forth.
He also doubled down on his opinion on Chip, Bouncer and Headie one in his second diss track.
